How do i get Mew and Lugia in diamond without any action replay ds?

If you can never get these pokemon in diamond if i can plz tell me wich games can plz help i will soooooooo grateful|||Unfortunately the only way to get Mew is to trade with someone who got one from an event. Lugia is a bit easier, you can either trade or you can get it off of Pokemon XD(gamecube) to any Gameboy Advance Pokemon game then move it over to Diamond. You can also capture Lugia in the upcoming pokemon Gold and Silver remakes





edit: also if you trade over wi-fi chances are you're getting AR Mews and Lugias|||gts or gba games, then pal park them over to your diamond








get lugia with pok茅mon XD gale of darkness and purify him, then the transfer cable to a gba game like leaf green or fire red, then send them to pal park|||you can't... unless you trade over wi fi... unless you have lugia from pokemon xd for the gamecube, and you trade it to a gameboy sp pokemon game, then impoirt it to diamond lol|||You can get mew in pokemon leafgreen and lugia in pokemon gold and silver. Also can get lugia in pokemon xd: gale of darkness.
