Okay well I have Pokemon Diamond and I'm at the fight area.. and I really wanna get past the two guys blocking route 225. I can't figure out how to make 'em move! Yes, I have my pokedex full with all the 150 pokemon... so why won't they move? Same with the two other people at route 230 blocking the water? you need to get the Nat. dex. To do that, you need to talk to prof rowan in sandgem town. prof oak will visit, and your dex will get upgraded to the nat dex. if you do that those 2 guys should dissapear.

you must go and get the national dex by seeing every sinnoh Pokemon and then going to professor Rowan and oak will come and give you the national dex.
You've either NOT finished your pokedex or haven't spoken to oak/rowan about it,
