I accidentally used the Relocator thinking it would let me choose what pokemon I wanted to trade (with items as well because the Transfer doesn't let you do that) and now I have 2 Celebi's in White when I want it back in my Diamond game. You cannot trade Pokemon from Black and White to the older versions of the game such as Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HG/SS. Once a Pokemon has been transferred or Relocated it cannot be returned back to the game it was originally from. I do not know why people don't read the message that pops up when transferring and relocating Pokemon because there's a message that pops up saying once a Pokemon has be transfer it cannot be transferred back over.How can I trade back my Celebi from White to Diamond?
You can't. You can even read the instruction booklet and see for yourself, it says you can't.

First of all: You can't trade Pokemon from Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold, Crystal to Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, or LeafGreen. The only way to get the Johto starters on Diamond is to buy Emerald and get all the Hoenn Pokemon in the Pokedex. You also have to have beaten Diamond and gotten the National Dex. :D and now for the matter of trading online with people. Do you have Wi-fi in your house? If you don't then there's no way you can trade or battle with people online. Your Pokemon Diamond should have come with a little Nintendo Wi-fi Connection booklet. Use that to set up your DS to wifi. You can't do this on your Blue and Silver games, but for Sapphire, you can:
1. Underneath the touch screen of your DS, there should be a white cover thingy that's removable. You'll find a slot for Game Boy games.
2. Insert your Sapphire into that slot and turn on your DS with Diamond in the other slot.
3. On the screen (in Diamond) where you hit "Continue," "Help," etc, there should be another thing added, saying "Migrate From Sapphire." You don't need to have defeated Sapphire to do this, but you DO need to have defeated Diamond. (I know this because I've done this so many times)
4. You need to have six Pokemon (who don't have HM moves) in your PC box. Select the six you want and hit "OK."
5. It'll ask you if you want to migrate. IF YOU SAY YES YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET THOSE POKEMON BACK INTO GBA GAMES, SO CHOOSE WISELY! Say yes once you're certain of the choices you want to migrate. You can only migrate once a day.
6. Go to the Pal Park that's on Route 221 and they'll ask if you want to catch Pokemon by partaking in a "Catching Show." Say yes.
7. Now you'll be able to find the Pokemon that you migrated from Sapphire. The rarer they are, the more points they're worth!

From the question that you ask I would say you have very little experience in the gold selling business.
If you were a genuine merchant you would already know to the cent how much gold is worth , in its pure form and also in its manufactured form, as well as the particular scrap value for each of the carat standards.
Sure there are people buying gold for melting down, but that is only if there are people who have not put sufficient reserves on the items to cover the true value of the gold, ( I have bought gold many times on ebay)( I very rarely sell gold on ebay , because the bidders seem reluctant to pay even scrap gold prices ) As for finished items with gemstones if you are selling near scrap prices of the gold and not allowing for gem value and manufacturing cost you will go quickly broke, unless you have more money than sence, or the items you are selling are fake or stolen and you are happy to get what ever you can for the items.
As other answers have suggested, if you are melting jewelery down , TAKE OUT THE STONES, you will probably get more for the stones if they are diamonds ,rubies ,sapphires and other precious gems than you would get for the gold.

Why has my diamond shattered in its setting?
When cleaning my diamond ring I noticed that on of the diamonds appears to have shattered in its setting. I dont recall dropping or damaging the ring and never take it off. I though diamonds were almost indestructable. Oh and Iv had it for a long time and had several independant valuations (for insurance) on it over the years and its not a fake.

Is it tacky for an engaged woman to keep the diamond ring given to her by her fiancee at the time of their engagement,,,,,when the engagement breaks up? It found 11 diamonds' retail prices, ranging from $5,429 to $6,007. An appraisal (which is an estimate of the current retail price) would probably give you a similar answer, unless something is very wrong with the cut grade, like a thick girdle or odd depth percentage.
However, just in case you are considering selling it, I have to add a warning that most industry diamond buyers don't base their prices on an appraisal. They look up the diamond on the most current Rapapport report (a good appraiser might show you a copy) and generally won't offer more than 60% of the Rap value.

Edit: Make sure it says U.S. EGL laboratory. From my readings, that lab is reputable and they grade clarity higher than the other two.
EGL is not that great of a cert,not as good as GIA IGI AGS etc.
Its ok but if you take the diamond to be graded by any of the above mentioned labs it will have a lower grade.
The right price for this diamond is 3000$ IF it had a very good cut to excellent cut and lower down to 2500$ if it had a poor cut.
A similar quality diamond by GIA will be in the 4300$-4800$ if it had a VG cut-EX cut.
My advice to you is not buy that diamond.Go online from any of these stores

You could have a single diamond cut into the shape of a penguin but it would be very expensive. The reason is that it would have to be cut from a larger stone and these are extremely expensive, for example a 5 carat stone with good quality 4Cs (I'll explain more below) could cost anything from $75,000. If you cut the 5 carat stone into a penguin you would end up with a single stone of about 2 carats and lots of pieces. The combined value of these stones would (probably) be less than $20,000 - because single larger diamonds are worth much much more per carat than a collection of smaller diamonds.
So how about another option?
You could have a penguin built from smaller size diamonds and set into a platinum mount so that it looks almost like a single stone? This way you could buy quality smaller diamonds and have the 2 carat penguin ring for a much lower price - and if you decided to cash in later you should get your money back - hopefully more if diamonds go up in price.
You also need to get a good diamond cutter for this - the best are in Antwerp, Belgium where 80% of the worlds larger diamonds are cut. You should also check out the 4Cs, colour, carat, clarity and cut. A good website to view is www.bestdiamonds.co.uk (who are connected with the Antwerp diamond borse and cutters).

It was GORGEOUS and a lot of people on there are looking for the "amazing too good to be true" deal. Most offers were 500. If you are willing to sell your ring at a low price, go to ebay. Other than that, you can list in in your local paper classifieds.
If it was a wedding ring that is from a divorce, you should give it back. It's kind of a "this is yours cuz your my wife" thing. So in a sense your no longer rightful owner. And if not Ebay or a pawn shop if you want it gone fast.

When I try looking for a ROM update in the HTC US website I can find the update file, but it doesn't tell me what version the update file is, so I don't know if it's already the version I have.

I wanted to add a bit of news though. I was reading earlier tonight, it was recently stated (unofficially) during an interview that HTC intends to release an update for a few phones in January 09. The phones expected to see an upgrade included the Diamond, Touch Pro, and Touch HD (perhaps it was 4 phones, I'm foggy on the details). This is substantiated by the recent "leak"/"release" of an African version of the rom designated as version '2.00.421.1 TEST'. You can see that version mentioned in the reference link below. I've been digging all over, but I can't seem to find where I read about the update. What I did read leads me to wonder more about the nature of the update rather than if one would come. The quote seemed to be specific about the phone having windows mobile 6.1, while there's been rumors of 6.5 coming out soon (however there's many statements that it's also being delayed).
All things being equal, keep your eyes open next month (or knowing how schedules usually go, the month after) and you'll almost certainly be seeing an update. There's really no good reason to update your phone now if a new update is coming so soon. Not all diamonds are inscribed. If yours is, it will be engraved in plain block print on the girdle of the stone - the thin "waistline" of the diamond. And you should be able to see it plain as day with a 10X power loupe - if you've looked at the entire girdle under a 20X power and don't see it, it's not there.

A good (legit) way is to have a lot of Gen III games, (I.e Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed or LeafGreen) and migrate pokemon from them, but Nintendo aren't too fond of that idea, so they're introducing new methods.
I'd suggest you buy HeartGold/SoulSilver because you can buy them in shops (and not on ebay) and they have most of the pokemon from the Gen III games.
One of the First 3 Kanto starters you can find in HG/SS after you defeat Red, as well as one of the first 3 Hoenn starters. Also Kanto/Hoenn Legendaries are available, Moltres, Articuno, Zapdos, Mewtwo, Latios/Latias and Grouden/Kyogre are available from HG/SS. You can also catch native Kanto/Hoenn Pokemon using the Pok茅radar/Hoenn sound.

The fastest and easiest way to fill your Pok茅dex in Diamond would be a cheating device like Action Replay. There's an Action Replay cheat to completely fill your Pok茅dex. I don't know how safe Action Replay is, however. You might want to ask someone who's had a lot of experience with it.
The legit way would be to trade, migrate, and play Pok茅mon as much as you can. I've had my Pearl game since late December, and I've caught a little over 200 Pok茅mon and seen a little over 300. If you don't go to Nintendo events, it's impossible to get EVERY Pok茅mon (unless you trade them or use a cheating device). Some Pok茅mon, like Arceus and Shaymin, for example, are only available through Nintendo events.
It's impossible to completely fill your Pok茅dex using only ONE game (unless you trade or use a cheating device). Even if you're just trying to fill the Sinnoh Dex and not the National Dex, you still need to trade with someone who has Pearl or Platinum to fill it (you can see every Sinnoh Pok茅mon in one game, but you can't catch all of them).
If you don't already have it, the Pok茅Radar is a good device to use. I think you obtain it sometime after recieving the National Dex, I'm not sure. But some Pok茅mon in the game you can only catch using the Pok茅Radar to find it. And the Pok茅Radar-only Pok茅mon can only be found in certain areas. You can only catch Togepi using the Radar, and it can only be found on Route 230, for example. This doesn't have to do with your question, but the Pok茅Radar is also a great way to hunt for Shiny, or different-colored than normal, Pok茅mon. There's a great guide for finding Shinies with the Radar on Psypokes.com.
So basically, the easiest cheating way would be a cheating device, and the easiest non-cheating way is to migrate and trade as much as possible.

A good (legit) way is to have a lot of Gen III games, (I.e Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed or LeafGreen) and migrate pokemon from them, but Nintendo aren't too fond of that idea, so they're introducing new methods.
I'd suggest you buy HeartGold/SoulSilver because you can buy them in shops (and not on ebay) and they have most of the pokemon from the Gen III games.
One of the First 3 Kanto starters you can find in HG/SS after you defeat Red, as well as one of the first 3 Hoenn starters. Also Kanto/Hoenn Legendaries are available, Moltres, Articuno, Zapdos, Mewtwo, Latios/Latias and Grouden/Kyogre are available from HG/SS. You can also catch native Kanto/Hoenn Pokemon using the Pok茅radar/Hoenn sound.

Some Pok茅mon, like Arceus and Shaymin, for example, are only available through Nintendo events.
It's impossible to completely fill your Pok茅dex using only ONE game (unless you trade or use a cheating device). Even if you're just trying to fill the Sinnoh Dex and not the National Dex, you still need to trade with someone who has Pearl or Platinum to fill it (you can see every Sinnoh Pok茅mon in one game, but you can't catch all of them).
If you don't already have it, the Pok茅Radar is a good device to use. I think you obtain it sometime after recieving the National Dex, I'm not sure. But some Pok茅mon in the game you can only catch using the Pok茅Radar to find it. And the Pok茅Radar-only Pok茅mon can only be found in certain areas. You can only catch Togepi using the Radar, and it can only be found on Route 230, for example. This doesn't have to do with your question, but the Pok茅Radar is also a great way to hunt for Shiny, or different-colored than normal, Pok茅mon. There's a great guide for finding Shinies with the Radar on Psypokes.com.
So basically, the easiest cheating way would be a cheating device, and the easiest non-cheating way is to migrate and trade as much as possible.

If you insist on swimming in the eBay waters, then you need to only use the sellers that have massive perfect feedback. additionally, I would only buy a diamond that was GIA graded and inscribed. There are Lots of diamond grading companies, but the GIA is the one Most respected and honored for it's grading being actually accurate!

great great head. try to find used head. contact local club your area. players will give you one. also custom string for you. reason to buy used does not conform to 2010 standards. there are 2 heads that do conform. cost is well over 150 . both so new need serious work. new models for 2010. at least 8 months for real ease. in your boots, definite try for used head. any laxx player will give you one. with extra shafts. try woman's head on other shafts. these are close to the mesh requirements for 2010. will help you get leg up on pocket position. quicker real ease good luck

So, yup-yup. I have a DS Lite and the 3 Pokemon games (Diamond/Pearl/Platinum) but mainly working on Diamond. My router, sadly, is password protected.

Cresselia flies about the region so you will essentially have to chase after it.
If these requirements are fulfilled and you are unable to reach the island and see Cresselia, then your use of Action Replay essentially screwed up your game, that's what you get for cheating. You can cheat once more to get Cresselia if you find yourself in this predicament.

How do I get to Sunyshore City in Pokemon Diamond?
In pokemon diamond, there is a guy that says you can't go to sunyshore city because theres a blackout. How do I get pass?
Other questions say you have to get Dialga or Palkia. But exactly, where do I get them?|||In order to remove the guy that is blocking your pathway to Sunyshore City in Pokemon Diamond, you must first enter Mt. Coronet, and use the HM 07 Rock Climb and several other HMs to battle and bash your way to the summit of Mt. Coronet, which is called Spear Pillar. Once you reach Spear Pillar, you will have to team up with your rival and battle 2 Team Galatic Admins in a team battle and then you have to defeat Cyrus for a second time. After you defeat Cyrus for a second time, you will have to battle and hopefully capture Dialga. Don't forget the pick up the Adamant Orb, which should be laying on the ground straight north from where you fought both Cyrus and Dialga.
After you complete that, all three of the Pokemon, Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie, should return to their respective lakes, and when you go there, they should be waiting for you to battle them. Mesprit will run as soon as you talk to it, but the other two are stationary, and should battle with you right when you talk to them. All three of them are one-of-a-kind Pokemon that you should capture :)

use the key to eter the warehouse...find and defeat the leader and he will give you the master ball, then go and release the pokemon.
once you have done that go and heal your pokemon, buy loads of max repels and hyper potions and make your way to mt coronet..
note: you must have rock climb from that snow city.
you have to enter mt coronet through oreburgh city then make your way though until you reach cyrus.
you have to battle mars and jupiter first but your "friend" comes and helps you.
then he will heal your pokemon and leave you to defeat cyrus..
you need some strong pokemon around lvl40 to be able to defeat him easily..
once you have done that you get to battle dialga,
dont fight him just use your master ball straight away and it will catch him without fail.
then the man guaarding sunshore city will have moved.

Then when you catch dialga or flee then go to the place with the fat kid and he will let you in.|||Catch/defeat Dialga/Palkia, and head down where there was a guy in the way saying there was a power-outage in Sunyshore. You can go there now.|||you need to catch dialga ( the big dragon on your game case) which you can find out where on youtube. now go back and he is not there!|||You need to beat Cyrus and Dialga at the top of Mt. Coronet.

Now that you have the Icicle Badge, the Galactic Grunts will no longer be blocking your way into Lake Acuity. Heal up your Pok茅mon, and then make your way over there.
Inside of the lake itself, you'll see Barry and Jupiter battling. After Barry loses, Jupiter will tell you that she's caught the Pokemon of the lake, and that she's going to the Galactic Veilstone Building now that her mission here is complete. She'll then leave. Can anyone take a guess as to where to go now? If you guessed Veilstone City, you are correct!
Veilstone City
Back in Veilstone City, head on over to the giant black building in the northeast corner of town. That's the Veilstone Galactic Building, and right now, you're out of luck, because there's no way to get past the locked door that's inside. However, there's a clumsy Galactic Grunt outside of the building who will drop the Storage Key after you speak with him. Pick it up, and then go back to where you and Dawn battled two Galactic Grunts and where you got HM02 (Fly) (it's in the northwest corner of town). Yes, the Warehouse.
Go inside of the Warehouse, and then open the door with your Storage Key. Grab the Dusk Stone, and then head into the basement of the Galactic Veilstone Building.
Galactic Veilstone Building
The door to the north is locked with another key, so you'll need to head east instead. There are two Grunts along the way to the stairs, as well as a room containing a Zinc.
Climb the stairs, and you'll be in a small room with a Grunt who won't fight you but will instead tell you about the Warp Panels -- the little glowing circular tiles that will warp you around to various parts of the building. Continue by going up the stairs.
There's a Grunt by the first set of two Warp Panels that you'll find. Beat the Grunt, and then you can take the Warp Panel on the right to find TM49 (Snatch). Go back, and then take the left Warp Panel to be teleported to a room with another Warp Panel in it. Use it, and then you'll appear by a flight of stairs.
Go up the stairs and you'll find a Grunt (with a Level 32 Wurmple, haha!), a Warp Panel, and another flight of stairs leading up. Start by taking the Warp Panel (after finishing the Grunt, if you wish to fight him), and then take the stairs there downward. The stairs will lead you to a Scientist and another set of stairs going down. Back in the basement, you'll find a Grunt (who won't fight you), TM36 (Sludge Bomb), and the Galactic Key. This key will let you open any of the doors inside of the Galactic Veilstone Building.
At this point, unless you want to obtain TM21 (Frustration), use the Galactic Key on the door right about where you where (the one that was blocked earlier) and make your way outside. Otherwise, if you do want to get the TM, head back up to the room with the Scientist, the Warp Panel, and the stairs that you were in earlier, but this time take the stairs up. Make your way around the parameter of the room, fighting the Grunts as you go, until you eventually find a locked door. Open it up using the Galactic Key, and TM21 (Frustration) will be yours.
Outside the Warehouse, make your way back to the building itself. Open the locked door on the first floor and proceed up the stairs. Fight the two Grunts, and then you'll have three potential Warp Panels you can go to: one inside of the northern room and two to the right. The top one on the right will lead you to nothing but a dead end. The bottom-right one will lead you to another Warp Panel which will in turn lead you to a Max Revive. But the Warp Panel you really want to take is the one inside of the northern room with the Scientist in it.
You should now be in a room with two beds and stairs leading up. You can heal your Pok茅mon in the bed by facing down whilst on it, then pressing the A button and answering yes. When you and your Pok茅mon are well rested, continue up the stairs.
Upstairs, you'll find two Galactic Grunts that you'll have to fight in a Double Battle. Crush them, and then continue down the corridor until you find three Warp Panels. The one on the left will lead you to a flight of stairs.
Up the stairs, save your game, and then open the door to find Cyrus, the man in the blue hair that you've seen around in a few places. Yes, he is the Boss of Team Galactic, and he has succeeded in capturing the three Legendary Pokemon of the lakes.
Now it's time to put him in his place!
Cyrus uses some pretty high level Pok茅mon at this point, so be careful.

All of Cyrus' Pok茅mon are quite a bit stronger than any other you have faced before, with all of their Levels above 40. They're somewhat varied in type, although a Rock-type attack will tear through all three of his Pok茅mon. Other than that, none of them are particularly strong, although his Sneasel is quick and powerful, so be on guard.
Make sure your Pok茅mons are above level 40 when fighting Cyrus.
After beating him, he'll give you the Master Ball. Cyrus will tell you where the three Legendary Pokemon are being kept, and will then head off for Mt. Coronet. Take the nearby Warp Panel.
Down in some secret area of the building are a ton of capsule things. Continue walking until you reach a door, where inside you'll find Saturn and the Legendary Trio. Saturn must not have heard that you just stomped Cyrus, because you'll have to battle him. He wants revenge for his humiliating loss earlier, although too bad for him he's not going to get it!

Infernape is an awesome Pok茅mon to use against Toxicroak.
He'll step aside after you beat im, allowing you to press the big red button that you know you have always wanted to press at some point in your life. Press the button, and the Legendary trio will be freed, and vanish. Oh my! Now you've gotta get to Mt. Coronet to stop Cyrus.
Go back to the room where you fought Cyrus, except go south from the Warp Panel that you used to get to the basement to find a special Warp Panel that's a one-way ticket out of the building.
Mt. Coronet (South)
Before entering, it's highly recommend to stock up on at least 30 Ultra Balls (or, better yet, if you are playing at night, buy Dusk Balls instead). You will be able to catch a Legendary Pok茅mon very soon, so you will need definitely them! Stocking up on curative items and Full Heals is also a good idea, since it's going to be a long trip, and you'll have lots of battles.
When you're ready, enter the south side of Mt. Coronet (by Route 208) and use Surf to cross the northern body of water. Then, use Rock Climb to climb the rocks, and go up the stairs.
Surf on the northern lake to wind up to where you need to go.
Upstairs, you can find a Max Potion on your way to the west up the stairs, along with an Ether in the nearby rock. An Escape Rope is on the very south side of the continued path, although you'll want to take the stairs going up onto the elevated area. There's an exit in the southwest corner of the room that will take you outside to the west side of Route 207, where you can use Rock Climb to access an Iron. TM80 (Rock Slide) can be found by crossing the bridge, then taking the southernly route to reach it. A Revive can be found by taking the northern route instead.
Near the very back of the cave, you'll find an opening in the wall (this opening has been sealed up to this point, just in case you wandered here early). Enter it, and then make your way up the stairs.
The stairs to the right lead to a hidden Max Revive inside of the southern rock. Otherwise, just keep heading north.
Fight your way through the two Grunts along your way to the peak of Mt. Coronet.
Mt. Coronet Peak
As you enter, you'll see a familliar sight: snow. Blinding snow. Similar to the Routes on your way to Snowpoint City, it is snowing at the peak of Mt. Coronet, and the weather will be Hail inside of each battle.
Head east, then north (taking the elevated path if you wish to avoid random encounters). Use Rock Climb to climb the rocks. You can use Rock Climb again if you wish to find a patch of grass with a rock in the middle of it. Hidden in the rock is a Nugget.
The cave to the right of where you used Rock Climb has a giant lake in it with a waterfall (that you'll have to explore later, when you're able to use Waterfall), as well as a PP Up and Ultra Ball hidden inside of some of the more obvious-placed rocks.
Back to where you used Rock Climb the first time, head west. If you have a Pok茅mon with Strength, you can avoid the patches of tall grass by using it on taking the more eastern path. Otherwise, you'll need to wade through a large field of tall grass. On the southern path, hidden inside of a rock past a rock that you can use Rock Smash on is a Max Potion. Make your way north and into the cave.
Inside of the cave, use Rock Climb to climb your way up to a Galactic Grunt. Fight him, and then continue along until you have to fight another one. On the very east side of the cave, you'll find an exit leading back outside.
Head north, and then down into the crevice. There's a cave down there, as well as a few Grunts, although you won't be able to proceed deeper into the cave until Team Galactic is off of the mountain, so you can ignore that cave if you wish. (After they leave, come back to this entrance and you can snag yourself TM02 (Dragon Claw), as well as exit to the northern part of the mountain.) So
Other questions say you have to get Dialga or Palkia. But exactly, where do I get them?|||In order to remove the guy that is blocking your pathway to Sunyshore City in Pokemon Diamond, you must first enter Mt. Coronet, and use the HM 07 Rock Climb and several other HMs to battle and bash your way to the summit of Mt. Coronet, which is called Spear Pillar. Once you reach Spear Pillar, you will have to team up with your rival and battle 2 Team Galatic Admins in a team battle and then you have to defeat Cyrus for a second time. After you defeat Cyrus for a second time, you will have to battle and hopefully capture Dialga. Don't forget the pick up the Adamant Orb, which should be laying on the ground straight north from where you fought both Cyrus and Dialga.
After you complete that, all three of the Pokemon, Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie, should return to their respective lakes, and when you go there, they should be waiting for you to battle them. Mesprit will run as soon as you talk to it, but the other two are stationary, and should battle with you right when you talk to them. All three of them are one-of-a-kind Pokemon that you should capture :)

use the key to eter the warehouse...find and defeat the leader and he will give you the master ball, then go and release the pokemon.
once you have done that go and heal your pokemon, buy loads of max repels and hyper potions and make your way to mt coronet..
note: you must have rock climb from that snow city.
you have to enter mt coronet through oreburgh city then make your way though until you reach cyrus.
you have to battle mars and jupiter first but your "friend" comes and helps you.
then he will heal your pokemon and leave you to defeat cyrus..
you need some strong pokemon around lvl40 to be able to defeat him easily..
once you have done that you get to battle dialga,
dont fight him just use your master ball straight away and it will catch him without fail.
then the man guaarding sunshore city will have moved.

Then when you catch dialga or flee then go to the place with the fat kid and he will let you in.|||Catch/defeat Dialga/Palkia, and head down where there was a guy in the way saying there was a power-outage in Sunyshore. Now that you have the Icicle Badge, the Galactic Grunts will no longer be blocking your way into Lake Acuity. Heal up your Pok茅mon, and then make your way over there.
Inside of the lake itself, you'll see Barry and Jupiter battling. After Barry loses, Jupiter will tell you that she's caught the Pokemon of the lake, and that she's going to the Galactic Veilstone Building now that her mission here is complete. She'll then leave. Can anyone take a guess as to where to go now? If you guessed Veilstone City, you are correct!
Veilstone City
Back in Veilstone City, head on over to the giant black building in the northeast corner of town. That's the Veilstone Galactic Building, and right now, you're out of luck, because there's no way to get past the locked door that's inside. However, there's a clumsy Galactic Grunt outside of the building who will drop the Storage Key after you speak with him. Pick it up, and then go back to where you and Dawn battled two Galactic Grunts and where you got HM02 (Fly) (it's in the northwest corner of town). Yes, the Warehouse.
Go inside of the Warehouse, and then open the door with your Storage Key. Grab the Dusk Stone, and then head into the basement of the Galactic Veilstone Building.
Galactic Veilstone Building
The door to the north is locked with another key, so you'll need to head east instead. There are two Grunts along the way to the stairs, as well as a room containing a Zinc.
Climb the stairs, and you'll be in a small room with a Grunt who won't fight you but will instead tell you about the Warp Panels -- the little glowing circular tiles that will warp you around to various parts of the building. Continue by going up the stairs.
There's a Grunt by the first set of two Warp Panels that you'll find. Beat the Grunt, and then you can take the Warp Panel on the right to find TM49 (Snatch). Go back, and then take the left Warp Panel to be teleported to a room with another Warp Panel in it. Use it, and then you'll appear by a flight of stairs.
Go up the stairs and you'll find a Grunt (with a Level 32 Wurmple, haha!), a Warp Panel, and another flight of stairs leading up. Start by taking the Warp Panel (after finishing the Grunt, if you wish to fight him), and then take the stairs there downward. The stairs will lead you to a Scientist and another set of stairs going down. Back in the basement, you'll find a Grunt (who won't fight you), TM36 (Sludge Bomb), and the Galactic Key. This key will let you open any of the doors inside of the Galactic Veilstone Building.
At this point, unless you want to obtain TM21 (Frustration), use the Galactic Key on the door right about where you where (the one that was blocked earlier) and make your way outside. Otherwise, if you do want to get the TM, head back up to the room with the Scientist, the Warp Panel, and the stairs that you were in earlier, but this time take the stairs up. Make your way around the parameter of the room, fighting the Grunts as you go, until you eventually find a locked door. Open it up using the Galactic Key, and TM21 (Frustration) will be yours.
Outside the Warehouse, make your way back to the building itself. Open the locked door on the first floor and proceed up the stairs. Fight the two Grunts, and then you'll have three potential Warp Panels you can go to: one inside of the northern room and two to the right. The top one on the right will lead you to nothing but a dead end. The bottom-right one will lead you to another Warp Panel which will in turn lead you to a Max Revive. But the Warp Panel you really want to take is the one inside of the northern room with the Scientist in it.
You should now be in a room with two beds and stairs leading up. You can heal your Pok茅mon in the bed by facing down whilst on it, then pressing the A button and answering yes. When you and your Pok茅mon are well rested, continue up the stairs.
Upstairs, you'll find two Galactic Grunts that you'll have to fight in a Double Battle. Crush them, and then continue down the corridor until you find three Warp Panels. The one on the left will lead you to a flight of stairs.
Up the stairs, save your game, and then open the door to find Cyrus, the man in the blue hair that you've seen around in a few places. Yes, he is the Boss of Team Galactic, and he has succeeded in capturing the three Legendary Pokemon of the lakes.
Now it's time to put him in his place!
Cyrus uses some pretty high level Pok茅mon at this point, so be careful.
BOSS BATTLE

All of Cyrus' Pok茅mon are quite a bit stronger than any other you have faced before, with all of their Levels above 40. They're somewhat varied in type, although a Rock-type attack will tear through all three of his Pok茅mon. Other than that, none of them are particularly strong, although his Sneasel is quick and powerful, so be on guard.
Make sure your Pok茅mons are above level 40 when fighting Cyrus.
After beating him, he'll give you the Master Ball. Cyrus will tell you where the three Legendary Pokemon are being kept, and will then head off for Mt. Coronet. Take the nearby Warp Panel.
Down in some secret area of the building are a ton of capsule things. Continue walking until you reach a door, where inside you'll find Saturn and the Legendary Trio. Saturn must not have heard that you just stomped Cyrus, because you'll have to battle him. He wants revenge for his humiliating loss earlier, although too bad for him he's not going to get it!
