Where is a good place I can train my flying types on pokemon diamond?

I am trying to train my staraptor on pokemon diamond but, I can't find a good place to train it. Please help me.|||head north to stark mountain from the resort area and as you hit the very north you can go, you will see a building that puts you on another route away from the sandstorm, don't go through but go south a little bit from outside the entrance of the building and you will find a little mound that's almost unmoticable, talk to him and he has one primeape and two hariyama lv50+ and the ace trainer below him has a chansey that gives you 3222 exp with exp share equipped|||on mount akina, be careful or the flying dragons|||On Battle Area But My Friend Has A Action Replay And He Allways Helps I Have 71 pokemon on lv100 its true!!!!!!!!!!!|||whenn u get the fourth or fifth badge battle all of the trainers inthe gym ur staraptor would be good or train it when there is a fighting type trainer|||anywhere lol
