Is fireworks allowed in the cities of Diamond Bar and Walnut, California?
I mean, can people use them on their private properties? I know that the city has their own 4th of July firework celebrations. But I also know that some cities permit private use, and some don't. Does Walnut and Diamond Bar allow them?|||Fireworks are illegal in Diamond Bar and setting them off could result in steep fines or even jail time. Meanwhile, there are plenty of great local fireworks shows to see this weekend. The city of Diamond Bar has outlawed fireworks, but that doesn't mean that Fourth of July is free of cracks, pops, and booms in the area. The use of any fireworks, even the "safe and sane" fireworks sold legally in neighboring cities, is illegal in Diamond Bar and Walnut and can result in fines of up to $1,000 and up to six months in County jail. Fireworks are also banned in unincorporated portions of L.A. County with the same penalties at stake. This goes for all private and public properties
